Orbital welding is used today wherever very high quality demands are made on the weld seam. These demands are not only limited to strength or X-ray safety, but also to the shape of the seam. For many users, the flat, uniform root, which can be achieved with low roughness, is the primary criterion for the use of the process.

Portable orbital welding power source that is quite simple and intuitive to operate. The power source offers all the basic functions needed for orbital welding. In addition, it impresses with a low learning curve. In addition, welding programs can be created via the integrated auto-programming function. Together with our open, gas-cooled orbital welding heads, orbital welds can be produced very easily and flexibly. The Mobile Welder is equipped with a carrying handle and shoulder strap and can even be carried with one hand at a weight of approx. 15 kg. A major advantage is that manual welding and tacking can be performed in addition to orbital welding. The power source is equipped with a manual welding mode and a TIG hand torch can be connected at any time. Depending on the requirements, a flexible change between the manual and orbital welding mode is possible.
